HOTEL RATES
What are Rack Rates?
The term "Rack Rates" refers to the rate a hotel would offer you should you approach them directly. In other words these are rates which have not been discounted.
What are "Your Rates"?
Your rates are the discounted rates that we can offer you when you place your booking through us. We have access to discounted rates due to the volume of bookings we place with hotels
CREDIT CARD BOOKING
Can I make a booking without a credit card?
Unfortunately - no, Hotels require us to take payment from the traveller at the time of booking. You may however cancel a booking provided this is done within the cancellation terms specified by the hotel without incurring cancellation charges.
When will my credit card be charged?
The credit card is charged at the time of booking. Your credit card statement will show our charge as "Wish Hotels".
What does the term Cancellation Policy mean?
This refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which you are entitled to cancel your booking without incurring a charge from the hotel. In other words if a hotel has a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival, and you cancel prior to this time, then you will not incur a charge. However if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, then a charge will be incurred. This charge will normally be equal to the first nights accommodation.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
In Europe hotels tend to place their bedrooms within three different categories : Standard, Superior, Deluxe.
The actual differences between the bedrooms varies from one hotel to another, with deluxe being the highest standard of room.
Single Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed. (approx. 3' x 6' 3 or 1m x 1.9m).
Double Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed. (approx. 4' 6 x 6' 3 or 1.4m x 1.9m)
Twin Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds. (approx. 3 x 6' 3 or 1m x 1.9m)
Please note that Double and Twin room can be also booked for single occupancy
Suites / Studio
Suites and Studio are designed to provide a luxurious atmosphere, whilst away from home. They normally range from one to three bedrooms, with a separate lounge area and bathroom, and sleep two people per room. Some suites and all apartments also contain a kitchenette. We can also assist you in booking studio suites and apartments. These are the same as above but do not have a separate bedroom - all facilities, with the exception of the bathroom, are contained within one room.
HOTEL STAR RATINGS
Hotels in Europe are also rated by independent motoring organisations. The rating specifications vary significantly and there is a drive to have common standards in the future. Until then, use ratings as a general indicator of what the hotels have to offer.
All the hotels listed on our website have been inspected by our Quality Control Managers.
What are "Your Rates"?
