Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions . Wish Hotels reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time and make changes to any of the products, services and offerings described on this website at any time and without notice or liability. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following changes to the terms and conditions will serve as your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes.

Wish Hotels can be booked and immediately confirmed, unless the hotel has indicated they are not available for a specific date. Please book as far in advance as possible.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. At the end of the booking process you will receive a written confirmation which will show the details of the booking made with the hotel. Please check it to make sure all the details of your booking are correct.

All rates listed in the hotel directory are guaranteed. A full price will be given before you confirm your booking which you may accept or not. Rates are per room, per night and non-commissionable unless otherwise specified in the rate sheet. Rates are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated in the rate sheet. In the event of a change in governmental or local taxes, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. Rates are subject to rate and room type availability.

Some reservations may be nonrefundable or non-changeable. If you do not cancel your reservation within the time requirements of the hotel's cancellation policy (stated on the hotel's rate pages), you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night or more. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fee you may incur, so please carefully review the cancellation policy of your selected hotel prior to making a reservation.
Group bookings (5 rooms or more or any stay of 7 nights or longer) must be cancelled by 12h00, 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a possible cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation amount due. If travelers wish to alter their stay, Wish Hotels should be contacted immediately. Please note that cancellations or amendments made directly to the hotel will not be effective. All cancellations adn amendments must be sent directly to Wish Hotels.

The contents of this agreement and in particular the rates are to be kept strictly confidential and must not be made available to third parties.
